Wow. Today's a really good day at work. Firstly a group of 3 customers praised me for my "excellent" service and asked if we have feedback form so that they can praise me on that but too bad we don't. Then they took the business card and said they will email the feedback to the company. I was like.. wow? They even said that service sector need more people like me. *fly*
Haha. Another group of customer asked if i'm still a student and they thought i'm in a uni working part time there! HAHA. Do i seriously look that old? They were surprised when i told them i am waiting for my O's result. Before they left they praised me for being friendly too.
Really.. these customers really made my day. haha but sometimes the colleagues can also dampen ur day. Shan't go into details about the unhappy things. :D
Suprised to have a rare guest tagging me at my board. HAHA! Hello Mrs Lau! I miss you and ur lessons~ Haha.
